The images usually disappear when you have an js error (mostly caused by plugin conflicts) Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it.
Now your images shopuld display fine and you need to identify the conflicting plugins.

Unfortunately plugin conflicts are the number 1 reason people have problems with premium themes. This is the case with all premium themes as not all plugins are compatible. If a plugin gets updated and the code changed, it could create a conflict and break your website.
Please deactivate all your plugins except visual composer clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. Please keep in mind that you use the old version of our theme (version 4) and plugin compatibility issues will be more frequent in this version as wordpress and plugins get updated. I have checked your website and saw the problem with your sidebar. Also, I have checked your page source and I have noticed that you can use some untested plugins with our theme and that issue might be caused by them. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. There are 2 ways of adding ads inside a smartlist. One is the php method where you can use a do_shortcode function and add it inside one of these files: http://screencast.com/t/RAU3ZEudH
Or you can use the visual composer shortcode from an ad box and place the ad directly inside the smartlist content for example this shortcode will grab the ad from the custom ad 1 spot:
[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1" spot_title="Advertisment"]
You just place it in text mode inside the content.

I have checked your website and I saw the problem with the mobile menu. I suspect this issue that come from your untested plugins used by you. It could generate some conflicts between our theme and these kinds of plugins and bring this error. I have checked into this again and it really seems not to be the plugins . I was the one that inspected your website and who wrote you the email but at that moment I deactivated the plugins and everything worked (I was not lying though, it really worked at the moment). It seems the tabs do not work anymore even without plugins so I did a little more digging on the subject. It seems the tabs element from visual composer does not support complex elements. Tabs are complex elements themselves so another complex element such as a widgetised sidebar or sliders will not work inside tabs. Please recreate your tabs and try to not use the standard slider. You can use the ‘post slider’ not the standard slide element. I will add this on our list of fixes to see if we can come up with a fix for the tabs element and other complex elements from our theme. Sorry for the inconvenience.
As for the thumbnails, you can use the theme api to add or change a thumbnail in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_thumbadd/ This is for advanced users though and it will require a bit of coding knowledge.

I just tested this again and it works fine on our end.The link goes exactly to where it’s supposed to with no redirects. There could be another problem interfering with comments on your end. Possibly a plugin conflict so please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache (also reset cdn files if you use it).

We saw some great buttons created with this element and it does not need any third party plugin as you requested.
You can create the button in a dummy page and then use the shorctode to add it to your post.

I have checked your website on multiple platforms and I have to say, there are very strange things I found. Google returns a pagespeed of 100/100 . That is a bit exaggerated. Google seems to be the only one that cannot test your site properly. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and reset cdn if you use it. Then check with these tools again. There may be some plugin conflict at work here.

I tested the copyright area again and the html does not get converted in any way. I could not recreate the issue. 1) You could provide the link to the website you saw the slider on so we can see if the slider is a plugin or custom made.
2) You can do it with a page menu. As i said above, you can create any layout in a page then add it to a mega-menu. You can even recreate the one in the image you showed: http://screencast.com/t/T9GyF78NcZMy

I tested this again on our end but could not recreate the issue. The post view will increment every time the post is being accessed weather it’s directly from the website or from facebook/other social network. We could not find any problem. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. There could be a plugin conflict/caching issue that is affecting your views. You can test the counter yourself by refreshing the post page or accessing it from facebook. The counter should increment on every access. If it doesn’t, then please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can inspect this issue on your end because like I said above, we cannot recreate it on our end. Also please post a link to this topic so we can identify you.

The editor style.css affects the back-end of your website. If this does not load for some reason, it could probably be a plugin that conflicts with it. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. (also reset cdn files if you use it).

1) There actually is such a grid called a big grid slide: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/
It’s not styled as big grid 5 though. There is no such option.
2)In order to achieve this you will have to use a mega-menu and you can have other blocks in it by using a page menu so you can create a page in visual composer and it will be displayed inside the menu: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/
