Please disable all plugins except visual composer or TD Composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.

Hi,

For such an old version you most likely used Visual composer. Please deactivate the tagDiv composer after you update, this will be activated automatically when the theme is updated or installed (since it’s introduction in 8.0).
When both are active there could be layout problems.

If you have code in the theme panel, or you use a child theme, deactivate them because the code could be outdated. After the update do not make any modifications to the theme files. Clear caching, clear CDN if used, clear your browser cache as well.

Then a latest articles section will be shown. The mobile theme does not provide many settings or customization, it is meant to be kept as simple as possible.

5. You can display a page in the footer if you wish. This will be displayed on desktop only, if you use the mobile theme plugin. The mobile theme will not display it. Note that the mobile theme is optional, you can simply not use it. Then the same content from desktop will be shown.

We try to implement at least basic SEO in the theme code, settings for SEO do not exist in the theme however. You can use our recommended plugin, Yoast SEO plugin

It is supposed to be different then a default WordPress theme. A premium theme contains different code and functionality than a default one.

You can use the other page builder provided in the package (WPBakery page builder), if you do now want to use the tagDiv composer

Deactivating plugins would be the first set to take when there are problems. This way one can begin looking elsewhere for the problem, by eliminating plugins as the cause.

Something must have happened before the issue began, maybe a plugin has auto-updated. If there were no problems before, that could be a plausible thing to check.

So there are problems writing in Visual mode after the WordPress and theme update. There were no similar user reports after updating. I also tested and there is no problem using the WordPress editor and also the sidebar section displays

Test without plugins, deactivate them all except theme plugins (update the theme plugins). If you made code modifications to WordPress or the theme files, or use a child theme, remove /deactivate them temporarily. If there is still a problem we could take a look. If you use the WPBakery Page Builder provided with the theme, there is no need to register anything

The block title text color and background color are not available in the WPBakery plugin. Only the tagDiv composer has these option. Our composer will be further integrated with the theme and it will receive more features over future updates.

Hi,

So the problem is only when using the composer on the page that contains that button code. Then the problem is there. The composer may not react properly with some custom codes added in pages. There is a button element in the elements list if you want to use one

Then use method number 2 maybe, but take note that all the headers will automatically be styled like that if you use it. Unless maybe you can make the code more precise.

You could try and add the styles as boxes in the WordPress editor, there are some online guides you can follow

Or maybe try some plugins that can offer heading styles to choose from or maybe add your own.

WPBakery is formerly known as Visual composer, they changed the name of the plugin. But that is not important if you do not use it.

This could be a plugin conflict between 2 page builder. If you use visual composer, please disable the tagdiv composer and vice-versa. DO not use 2 page builders at the same time.
Also please update your version of the tagdiv composer if you use it by disabling and deleting the current one you use and installing the new version from the main 8.7.4 theme package.
