Then search for the tds_footer_page field and check it – http://prntscr.com/oazkhp
Scroll down and click apply, should be a message after pressing apply

If the message displays an error, please increase the max_input_vars
– http://prntscr.com/oaznai
For example for me it does not save properly unless I set the value to 50000.

Then go back to the string translation main screen and the field should be ready to translate – http://prntscr.com/oazmr5

Basically first you have to access the WPML string translations

Then locate the td_011 field (this is the theme) and open it. In it you can find the footer text and copyright fields – http://prntscr.com/o7bf6v now check them and hit apply

Now you can translate the strings as needed, for each language.

1. I have checked your website – https://clipaxis.info/ seems there is no amphtml link in the page source, so there is no AMP currently. Please check if one of these settings is selected

Then check if AMP is enabled for the content types you want, for example

After doing this, clear the cache, then test a post page by adding /?amp at the end of the URL.

3. The theme provides 3 article ad spots, top, inline after a specified number of paragraphs, and bottom. More ads could be inserted with plugins if needed, you could try some. I have seen users that use the Adrotate plugin, as it provides shortcodes

4. Polylang should work just fine, WPML is officially supported. You could make some tests with the free version of polylang, to see if it has the capabilities you require.

The actual theme panel can’t be translated, what exactly are you designing in the theme panel? Some more details would be very helpful.

1. The settings in the theme panel are general and for the whole website, not per language.

2. The string translations panel can be used to translate some theme panel settings, theme strings, plugins etc.

3. The widgets can be set to appear by language – http://prntscr.com/o3qdtv it is an useful option provided by WPML.

You mean the language switcher – http://prntscr.com/o3qd5j is disappearing from the admin bar? That would be unusual, if the WPML plugin is active it should be there at all times as far as I know.
If you need more help, mention what you want to do, I will try to provide assistance.

Do you maybe use a translation or multilingual plugin? For example if you use WPML the theme panel translations will not be used – http://prntscr.com/o3pqzx
