Please provide more details about the theme version that you use. If you use a recent version then should be no issues with the update. Just please make sure that you make a full backup of you current install(wordpress and database) – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups and then update the theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
After the update you can update also the Visual Composer plugin to the latest version provided with the theme package 4.12.1 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The theme update should not affect the theme or wordpress settings, only if you have custom modifications to the theme files you will need to re-add them.

Hi,

The theme was designed and it works fine with wp default post types – https://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Types I’m not aware about your other theme functionality but if you have some custom post types I’m afraid that you will need custom work to implement them. Unfortunately we cannot provide any type of custom services and if you don’t have the required knowledge you will need to get someone to do this for you.

@nktheme Like Christopher said above there is a sticky topic on the forum how to update the Visual Composer plugin and an explanation that it is licensed to the theme and only we can provide updates, you cannot update it directly from the it’s producer.

You can use each theme license just on one product (website/domain) these terms are set by Envato here – http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard – http://themeforest.net/licenses/faq
However you could use it on multiple subdomains if they are apart of your final product.

The Visual Composer that comes bundled with the theme is licensed to the theme and only we can provide updates. In each theme version released we provide the latest version of V.C. available on market, so if you use version 7.4 of the theme, you can also update the Visual Composer plugin to version 4.12.1 which is provided in the theme package. Please install and activate the Visual Composer pagebuilder provided with the theme. As you can see on our live demo the theme navigation system was not designed and it doesn’t have that functionality, sorry! You will need custom modifications and/or implement a plugin for this.
I suggest to get someone to help you if you want to change this, as we cannot provide any type of custom services at this time.

Te rog updateaza si pluginul Social Counter la versiunea 4.1 inclusa in pachetul temei. Dezactiveaza si sterge versiunea curenta, apoi incarca ultima versiune care poate fi gasita in folderul Plugins – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
