The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

Also, if the problem persists and you use a plugin cache, then clear all cache and check the results.
Normally without a cache plugin, it should update ones per day, with a cache plugin it can take some more time.

Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t have the option for meta description. We recommended setting meta description using Yoast Seo plugin, which displays the meta description for Google Search. Also, the theme doesn’t have any option to display the meta description between the title and Featured image.

Yes, the blocks will only be shortcodes if you disable the standard pack.
It would be a good idea to change with flex block if you no longer want to have a standard pack plugin activated.
You can disable it because the settings will remain set, but be careful not to delete from shortcodes when editing the page without activating the plugin.
You can try to create a new page where you just add flex blocks and see the result.
