For 6 and 7, our theme doesn’t have an option for what you want.
This can be achieved only if you are using an extra plugin, but I don’t know which plugin to recommend because we haven’t tested plugins for something like that.

Usually, this error appears when the requirements aren’t set like in our guide, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
please increase all lower requirements and follow all steps; make sure that the theme is activated and use an SSL plugin for HTTPS.
Also, please check what version of PHP you have, we recommend version 7.3.

If I understand correctly when you try to delete a row you received the error above.
For this, please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
After you have only theme plugins try again to delete the row, and see if the problem persists.

I think you referring to edit the footer with tagDiv Composer if you go to a page where it is assigned (from Cloud Library) and edit that page with tagDiv Composer, and then you will have access to the footer also. For example, edit your homepage with tagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit it.
If it is not what you mean, then please provide me with an example or maybe a screenshot with exactly what you need to achieve.
