You need to do a normal page with tagdiv Composer and set there the elements you want in the menu; you need to assign the page to the modal popup set the trigger button, and customize it as described in the guide.
Thank you!
Hello,
For this you need to create a page where you can set the menu login element and list menu, and set the page in modal popup
Thank you!

Hi,
Our theme includes a plugin called tagDiv Opt-in Builder, which is used for the membership subscription functionality. This plugin has separate pages for login/register, my account, and checkout, which can be placed here: https://i.imgur.com/QDQDwRB.png.
If you want to use this plugin, you can take advantage of the menu login element, which looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/z8OO3vw.png. This element provides multiple functionalities besides just login/register.
This way, you can create a login page without using the popup.
Also, if you want to change the theme files, here are all the files that are related to login and register and can be used with our theme (depending on the templates and options you choose), but we don’t recommend changing in the theme:
– wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/register.php
– wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php
– wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php
– wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-comments.php
Thank you!
Hi,
You can hide the author on that grid for the mobile theme plugin, from Theme Panel -> Block Settings -> Meta info on Modules/Blocks => https://www.screencast.com/t/CvxrWymeyk
Thank you!
Hello,
Your mobile menu is a modal popup, so you need to edit it and change the elements from the page, add a menu, and delete blocks as you want.
Thank you!
Hello,
Yes, you can use menu login for this, but you need to have the tagdiv Opt-In plugin activated -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/shortcodes/and you will have a page like this https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/single/page/Pages/2217
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m glad that is resolved.
Have a great weekend!
Hello,
Please install the OMGF plugin and check after.
Thank you!
Hello,
Do you use a cache plugin? If yes, please clear the cache. Also, if you use CDN purge the cache from there.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m glad the issue is resolved! Most likely, it was either a temporary conflict between plugins or a cache issue that reset during the deactivation/reactivation process.
Have a nice weekend!
Hi,
I would like to take a look. Can you please email us at contact@tagdiv.com with the wp-admin access and include the link to the topic in the email?
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use WP ROCKET, WP super cache and Litespeed.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide a video of your steps and the issue you are encouraging. Also, please make sure you use the latest version of the theme, 12.6.9, and that you don’t have a plugin conflict.
Thank you!
Hi,
This usually happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support, the mobile version can be delivered instead. Please make sure that you have enabled the mobile cache -> https://i.imgur.com/W1KaV3U.png
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!

Hello,
It depends on how you want it. Do you want it to have it on all pages? If yes, then you need to add it to mobile menu zone -> https://i.imgur.com/zjOjJbL.png

Hello,
Please check the console when you try to duplicate elements and check what errors you receive there.

Hello,
I think that the header template causes the issue then; please use a revision of that template and check after.

Hello,
A 510 response appears to be more related to a server configuration issue rather than something originating from WordPress.
The issue with certain files leads me to suspect that modSecurity or a similar component is at play, and its configuration might need adjusting. Your host probably needs to assist you with the modSecurity setup.
Thank you!
