We’ve introduced the Manage License System, which can be seen in the latest update of the theme 11.4.3 in Newspaper -> My license. You can assign or unassign a domain from there.
The key will be automatically assigned to the first 2 websites where it was used. Then if needed you can unassign it and assign it to other websites.

Usually, the color and image are set on the row, so please edit and select the row and go in the tab CSS https://i.imgur.com/UkgqKNM.jpg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/background-color-of-the-main-menu-be-changed/ please check each row/column/zone and delete the background image.
Also, the ads are set in the element AD BOX, and you can remove it, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the Ad box element and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page

If you have a parent category with subcategories, you need to select only the parent category for mega menu.
Also, please provide some screenshots with your settings for the menu an the link to your website.

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

It seems you have the mobile theme + amp activated.
Please deactivate those plugins, tagdiv mobile theme and amp, clear all cache.
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can disable the mobile theme plugin on the pages from the Gutenberg editor using the following option => https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby
