Please edit the page normally and change the setting for the page into Template: Default template because I think you have there the setting: Pagebuilder + Latest articles + Pagination and these are not editable by the tagDiv Composer plugin.
The standard pack plugin became deprecated, so I recommend using cloud templates.

The tagDiv Composer is a page builder, and it can be used for building pages and cloud templates but not for creating posts. For this, you’ll need to use the Gutenberg or classic editor.

This is possible when you will use a cloud/PRO template. In order to have different elements(ads) inside for every category/post, you need to have a different template for each category/post.
If you want the same style of your categories/posts, then you can duplicate a template/layout for every category/post to have a different template, make the specific changes and assign it to that category/post.

There could be a setting hide on pagination and when you uncheck that option from a row, then it will load perfectly. Please check if you have this option on other rows from homepage and uncheck them if you want the rows to be displayed on the second page of the pagination. I think this depends on how you created the footer, so please provide some screenshots.
Also, you can set the copyright text in the element inline text and set the horizontal align to the right -> https://i.imgur.com/EHwmgH9.png.
Maybe the row layout is set to 2 or 3 columns, and if the inline text is set in one column you can align it to right, but it will be aligned to the right column where it is added.
