I made a few investigations and seems some browsers does not display the checkbox, also, please make sure you have set correctly the Mailchimp https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-mailchimp/
Also, to display the checkboxes, please use this custom code =>

}

This code needs to be set in Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS.

As my colleague said, this error is not related to the theme. Please make sure you deleted the ads code from wherever you set it, and clear all cache and see if the error persists in the console.
Also, if your site (*& AdSense account) is brand new, you should wait between 1 and 5 days to be verified by the AdSense Team. Within this time, you may not see the ads (you will see blank space). If the issue is still there, contact AdSense Team.

If you use it on subdomains that are a part of your product, you could use the same key, but for different domains/sites, then you will need to buy other licenses from ThemeForest for all domains.
