Hello!
You will need a SEO plugin for that. We recommend you to use the Yoast SEO plugin because it’s tested with our theme.
Thank you!
Hello!
Follow this guide to clean your WordPress and theme of malware: https://askwpgirl.com/10-steps-remove-malware-wordpress-site/
I would gladly recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer to the latest update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
Please take a look for this advice before updating: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/action-required-please-read-how-to-update-to-the-newspaper-theme-v-10/
Also, please use only one builder and not both because they will be in a plugin conflict.
If you have some custom modifications in the theme files, then better save the code and replace it after every update.
Thank you!
Hello!
How did you build your pages? Which editor did you use, WP Bakery? If yes, then please check those screenshots to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/6xLVMmlsY ; https://www.screencast.com/t/zWHrRmK1LQC ; https://www.screencast.com/t/vuFdT9Stx ; https://www.screencast.com/t/DWbSf3qj ; https://www.screencast.com/t/QuHyGccTK71v

Hello @sudhin!
This will require custom work, which is not covered by the support team.
For customization and other services, you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.
Thank you!
Hello @digitalblack!
If you use a default template, then you can not customize it with the TagDiv Composer.
You can add a padding-top: 100px; to that iframe.
Thank you!
Hello Nate!
You can use this element on your posts: https://prnt.sc/p9l_SbHuJDjq
If this is not what you mean, please provide more information about where you need to add their names.
Thank you!
Hello Mariano!
Yes. If you run this plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/, then the images will automatically be cropped for blocks.
This will help to improve your page speed, but also to fit the images in the blocks.
For other places, you can choose the sizes you want. For example, here: https://cloud.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-basic-design-principles-to-decorate-your-home/ the image you talk about is a featured image, which we chose to display in full size.
We’re here to help you and answer all your questions.
Thank you!
Hello!
All the images are in full size in the Media Library. We’ve choose to crop them automatically by regenerating the thumbs: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Thank you!
Hello!
It could be from a module template that you use for that block. Please check and edit that module! https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hello @platamun47 !
Do you have any errors in the browser’s console?
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello @maciejzakrzewski !
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly you need to achieve or what is the issue there.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello @Ryu234 !
I’ve tested and it is working just well. Make sure that the theme and plugins are up to date.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!

Hello @kobird!
Check in the TagDiv Composer and disable the H1. For example, H1 from logo(header, footer, mobile, sticky): https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/6-h1-tags-on-front-page-bing-have-deindexed-my-site/
Thank you!
Hello!
Check if you have the tables with the “tds_” prefix (from the Opt-in builder plugin). We do not have any extra tables or files related to the theme.
Thank you!
Hello Mariano!
If you upload an image that is smaller than your size from settings, then this could appear blurry and not of high quality. I suggest you upload the images in your Media Library in full size (1920 px): https://prnt.sc/YzxtrT24bGKM
In the tagdiv Composer, you can use any size that will look better on your website.
Or check out this guide to check the ideal sizes for SEO: https://flothemes.com/flothemes-image-sizes/
Our recommendation is https://prnt.sc/oF12rwqmqAh7
Thank you!
Hello @platamun47 !
For me it is working well. Make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins.
Thank you!
Hello @digitalblack!
You can add an empty space element: https://prnt.sc/7z1kPUdrkkUO in Composer or a margin bottom to the header zone: https://prnt.sc/v9Dsz5wWFH6N
Thank you!
Hello @sultanmehmet01 !
Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/website-optimization/
We gladly recommend the wp super cache for your site.
Thank you!
