Hello Nicky!
This issue has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-causing-slow-site-loading/
Thank you!
Hello @mateusnds !
You can change that only if you use a cloud template, edit it with the TagDiv Composer and change the settings of that element.
Thank you!
Hello @nrgweb !
Please try to add the code here: https://prnt.sc/tAHYAU_PXuqo as they required.
Thank you!
Hello @stringbenderb5 !
You can use a license key for one single product. For the other domains/sub-domains, please consider buying another license key. There are two places for a license: one can be used for staging, and the other is for the live version of your product/sub-domain/website.
Thank you!
Hello Brian!
If you mean the list of elements, then yes. You can add a row/column/any other element from our builder.
Thank you!
Hello!
The shop templates can be found in the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates.
Thank you!
Hello!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello @sandeep15r !
Check this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hello @mintchocolat !
Our feature from our theme is working as it should.
I’m sorry, but we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
Thank you!
Hello!
Do you have the Mobile theme plugin uninstalled?
Thank you!
Hello Berat!
The homepage seems to be the default and not the cloud, right? So, you cannot edit it with the TagDiv Composer.
If this is not the reason, then it could be this: https://prnt.sc/JF-bVh7VjQOt?
Thank you!
Hello!
If there is no error, then please ask your host provider to check as well, and maybe he has an idea why this is occurring on your website. This is not a bug in our theme.
Thank you!
Hello @tenacemente !
It seems that the link is longer and has no space, which is why it’s added on the second line.
Thank you!
Hello!
1. Yes, you can share it.
2. There is no bug. Please provide an example where this element called posts loop is not working properly. So, I can check it.
3. Yes. Because you need custom code.
4. We do not have any other elements that have the same features as the posts loop. Sorry!
5. Yes, you are right! I will add this feature to our list. But I’m not sure if this will be considered a new feature in the next update or when exactly this block will be released. So, the fast solution is custom work.
Thank you so much for your understanding!
Hello!
I can see that they are working: https://prnt.sc/tClQCO_6seJb. Did you solve the issue?
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check the console to see which error you encounter there.
Thank you!
Hello @rickyrt !
Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on that block and you can align it as you like.
Thank you!
Hello!
You can refund it only on the themeforest from where you bought it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer money for the license code.
Thank you!
Hello Luke!
Can you please provide a link with that page?
Thank you!
Hello!
It shouldn’t crash your design after the update if you use cloud templates. You can create a full backup before.
If you use default templates, then make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active. Also, check if your plugins are up to date too: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/
Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, we do not have an automatic feature that can do this in our theme.
Thank you!
Hello!
I can see the same design. Did you clear all the cache from your browsers?
Thank you!
