Hello!
Our theme hasn’t been tested with this plugin, and we cannot provide support.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello David!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello @dopamedia !
Try to reinstall the Opt-in Builder:
1. disable it
2. uninstall(delete) it
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install it
5. activate it
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin install and activated if you use default templates.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello @SebGrobowski!
I recommend you to use the PHP 7.4 version. Also, make sure that you use Standard Pack plugin. Make sure that all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If the problem persists, then the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello @abbozdag !
Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/theme-panel-settings-are-not-saving-2/ and let me know the results.
Thank you!
Hello @andxtagdiv!
The best choice is to use CPTs. In order to display the custom fields for those CPTs in your flex loop, you need to create a custom module: https://forum.tagdiv.com/edit-modules-flex-block-x/

Hello!
For that error, please check this article: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/there-has-been-a-critical-error-on-your-website/
Thank you!
Hello @rajeshkumar !
Add the CSS code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS:
.wp-block-table td, .wp-block-table th {
border: 1px solid lightgray!important;
padding: 0!important;}
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy!
They are WooCommerce components. Please address the issue with them. Unfortunately, we cannot edit that in our theme in the tagdiv composer builder.
They shouldn’t appear on that page. Ask the WooCommerce developer to help you set their elements.
The checkout page is from the Woocomerce plugin:https://prnt.sc/Ep0ymZrGGxry. In our theme, we use our own checkout page.
I think you cannot overwrite those pages with just CSS code.
Thank you!
Hello @kontrabann!
Please edit the text in the Gutenberg or Classic editor and check if there is doubled text. Also, edit the article with the TagDiv Composer and check if there are two elements called Single Post Content and delete one element.
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy!
For example, in the category Entertainment, add the background here: https://prnt.sc/iy6H9D_ommwx.
And the result must look like this: https://prnt.sc/d2jPG8TVHFpv
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy!
1. It works the same way on mobile as it does on desktop. Please try it in an incognito window and press the button.
2. Where can I find the 100 won variable?https://prnt.sc/ydFLs7TOeKON
You have no CSS applied in the theme panel settings or Live CSS section.
3. I cannot find it because the checkout page is looking like this: https://prnt.sc/KQzZFt-rtO8k
Please notify WooCommerce support if you use the WooCommerce form.
4. You cannot customize the checkout and thank you pages provided by third-party plugins in the TagDiv composer. I can see only a login page. Where is the second one?
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy!
You can have both. But, if you have a normal page, then you can not assign the design of a category template.
Thank you!
Hello Chris!
Do you have any ad margins set up?
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy!
I just asked for the links. Because I cannot find this on your website: https://imgbb.com/qWCRh0F
Also, I do not know whether the issue still exists or whether you managed to solve it.
Please explain and point me directly to the issue, so I can help you efficiently.
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy!
You need to create a category named 프리미엄-콘텐츠/ : https://prnt.sc/_Dact8CbLLrj and assign that category template.
Thank you!
Hello @sadiquemannan!
This issue has been discussed already here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/big-issue-with-newspaper-theme-and-the-yoast-plugin-drop-traffic-75/
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy!
Let’s continue the discussion there in order to avoid multiple replies.
Please provide more information, screenshots, or videos with your issues, so I can check them easily and help you faster.
Thank you!
Hello @ezioboy!
The single_template_7 that you are using is a default template and you can not edit it with the TagDiv Composer. If you’ll use a cloud template, then you can see the green button “Edit with the TagDiv Composer” when you access the article in your frontend.
The user reviews system is compatible only with cloud templates and not with the default ones.
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello @ezioboy!
This is a page and you can not assign a category template. You can edit it with the TagDiv Composer and build it as you want/import sections.
Thank you!
