Edit it with the TagDiv Composer and make sure it is not doubled. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, and see if the problem goes away.

Unfortunately, you can not disable the latest article there. The mobile theme layout can not be as customizable as the other mobile options. 
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. If you do not set up the ads for each template, then they won’t load. Only if you use auto ads, which are displayed randomly on your website, so you can not choose where to display them. 
In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer, and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If you want to use auto ads(are displayed randomly on your website), then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.

If you mean anything else, then please provide more information about the settings you applied to the template with no ads.
