However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

1. I can not see any black line at the top on the homepage in your website. Did you mean the sticky header or the top bar menu?
2. This demo uses the responsive version for mobile. A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

Yes, you can import other templates and use mobile pages which are fully customizable and could be so different than desktop version, so you should build and assign them to each desktop page you need. If you do not build for every page, then for the rest of the pages you’ll have the responsive version of your desktop automatically. OR if you do not want to build every page style, but you need different style too, then you can install the Mobile theme plugin. The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. This is the code which is changing the font size for blockquotes :

For Gutenberg:

.wp-block-quote:not(.is-large):not(.is-style-large) p { font-size:15px!important;}


For Classic Editor:

.wp-block blockquote p, .wp-block .wp-block-freeform blockquote p { font-size:15px!important;}


If you paste the codes in the custom css section, then the changes will not be applied.
The codes needs to be placed in the file:
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/assets/CSS/td_guten_blocks_editor.css

I’ve tested and imported the footer and everything comes in place.
Please re-import the footer and see the results.
If the problem is still there, then the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.

So, if you delete an element from homepage, it will delete on any page from your website which has that header. Please re-check and see the results!

Only the administrator and editor can do changes with tagDiv Composer and can save it.
The other users can open it, but the changes made are not saved.
We will try in the future to implement the option to hide cloud templates for the rest of the users who do not have access to edit.
