Hello!

This issue has been discussed already here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/multiple-taxonomies-filter/

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, I can not access your website. Please follow this guide: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/there-has-been-a-critical-error-on-your-website/

You can filter by IDs: https://www.screencast.com/t/UnObKjUcG

It seems that you use the Mobile theme plugin. Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

Now, you can use which one is more suitable for your needs.

If you need a responsive version or mobile pages, then please deactivate the Mobile theme plugin and see the results!

Thank you!

Hello Matt!

If your theme was activated with a real purchase code, then it should not appear that message. I recommend you to apply a backup and solve the issue.

Thank you!

Hello!

Oh, I see. In this case, you should add some CSS:

.td-module-thumb {border-radius: 10px;}

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hello!

Have you complete also these fields? https://i.imgur.com/WWQosfE.png
Please make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins(11.2)

Thank you!

Hello!

If the article is working fine when the page is loaded, then there could be a cache problem or a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

Thank you!

Hello!

I recommend you to check and clean your files: https://askwpgirl.com/10-steps-remove-malware-wordpress-site/
After that, you should reinstall everything, starting with the WordPress, theme, plugins so that it will be a clean install.

Thank you!

Hello!

Please check in that element’s settings if you have any offset and let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results.

Hello!

If you use default template, then make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active. Also, check if there is a plugin conflict or not, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

Note: In order to edit a page/post with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Thank you!

Hello Craig!

It seems that on every page is little when you load it and when the page is loaded it expands. Please make sure you place the logo in the theme panel -> header only and that you do not have a plugin conflict or a cache problem.

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

We can not provide support for un-tested plugins.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello Gus!

Edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, click on the row or the element you want to move and from the CSS tab, you can set up a negative top margin for grabbing up.

Thank you!
