Hello!

Please use a “Posts Loop” element and they should display well and not a Flex Block.

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello!

From what I can see, you do not have the same template for both posts.
Please check which template you assigned for them.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello!

I tested on my end and I saw it on your website: https://www.screencast.com/t/bfLziinmzeki
Of course, after this image, some CSS does not allow alt text on them. So, please check which plugin is used for the content of the posts.

Thank you!

Hello!

Edit the post normally, check about that element and also with TagDiv Composer and delete one. If you find one, delete it and see if the other one remains. If not, then please contact the developer of this plugin. It could be a plugin conflict because this plugin is not tested with our theme.

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, we do not have this feature in our theme or a tested plugin. But, you can test a plugin which is suitable for your needs.

Hello!

When you install Mobile Theme plugin or AMP, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version or AMP.
If you deactivate the plugins, then the pages will automatically load how you’ve set up.

Thank you!

Hello!

We have some elements in TagDiv Composer called “Slide” and “Big grid slide”. So, you should edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer, search about these elements and add it to the page with drag & drop. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!

Unfortunately, there is no feature like that implemented in our theme. But, if you have the SSL certificate installed correctly, it should work.

Hello!

Apply these settings to the header main menu in Composer when you edit a post and that effect will disappear: https://www.screencast.com/t/MYqkP7y8K9
For the lazy load feature, please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-disable-lazy-loading-for-post-featured-image/

Hope that helps you!

Hello!

If you are referring to the Mobile Theme plugin, then you can’t. It has its own templates and it is not customizable.

Hello!

Check the sizes here: https://www.screencast.com/t/iOsOBnJro
Make sure that the picture has the right dimension when you upload it as original. If the original picture has another dimension, then it will look stretched.

Hello!

Please check this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/fGV2uwNO2I
You can assign and import from Website Manager which footer template you need.
If you have a cloud/PRO template, but you can’t edit the footer, then edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit/delete the elements there.(see the video)

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!
