It seems you have a default template.
Try to use the style default, 1 , 2 , 9, 10, 11 or 13 for post template. It should work on these style templates.

You need to install Font Awesome plugin, check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
We didn’t test another plugin to achieve the custom icons in our theme.
It seems you have installed Mobile Theme plugin, so you need to set up your menu by accessing Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Header -> Main menu.

From what I know, our Video embed element does not cache the video thumbnail.

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If your post template is a cloud one, then you can edit it with TagDiv Composer plugin, click on that element and delete it by drag & drop the element at the bottom of the page in the red zone or easily press the button delete.
