If you mean to set a background click ad image, then you need to set up an image in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Background -> Theme background and in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Ads -> Background click ad and here you can set the link for that background image.

If you are maybe looking to provide such options for the website users, you could not use the theme login modal, and use the default WordPress login screen, which can be customized with plugins. Or create a custom login page and link to it, so the users can login or register through it. A plugin will be needed as well. There should be plugins that can do this, and it would be the easiest way. The other being making code modifications to the theme modal, which is not the best or easiest thing to do, if even possible.

You have to copy( CTRL + C ) the element and then access mobile menu from Website Manager and then insert a row under the mobile bar and paste ( CTRL + V ) the copied element there. Give it a try and let me know about your results!

Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

That block will display this 2 categories alphabetically and you can not choose which one to display.
