It’s okay because the sidebar is not showing in the frontend. It’s only for the guidance. If you do not like, then you can use Gutenberg, and that sidebar won’t appear in the editor anymore.
I can see that you use the Single Template Magazine PRO, and that column as a sidebar can be deleted from the tagdiv composer: https://app.screencast.com/w1LlrgS5vb8oQ  Select the option indicated in the screenshot. The elements can be deleted after that as well or before, as you wish.

We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Edit an article and choose the author who written it: https://app.screencast.com/zpSfgdh9NKxAI
Save and view. Edit it with the tagdiv Composer, add the Single Post Author shorctode that will display the author set up in Gutenberg. Save and view the results.
When you click on the author link, it will leads you to the author template that can be also edited with the tagdiv Composer and use the shortcodes you may like.

It should work well after the latest update of the theme.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
