Hello!
You can build a page (create a simple new page from Dashboard -> Pages), edit it with the help of the tagdiv composer, and use the shortcodes from there (add the “social icons” shortcode).
Edit the “My account” page with the tagdiv composer, and here you can add that page already created in that menu: https://app.screencast.com/VYzFhALSZJD6Q
You can add the page in place of the Account Details page: https://app.screencast.com/RQR2qNsoeqKx1 and it will display the default page and the page you’ve added at the bottom.
Thank you!

Hello @ioannisch!
That option “go to mobile version” appears when this option is enabled: https://i.imgur.com/LxpDtB2.png
Thank you!
Hello Radan!
You can use the design. But the demo won’t work without the Newspaper theme and the tagdiv plugins.
Thank you!
Hello @sympan!
Yes, because you use AMP. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Unfortunately, AMP is not working with the cloud templates because the AMP’s layout is not fully customized.
The AMP version works best with default templates and not cloud templates. That’s why we integrated it with the Mobile theme plugin.
The feedback from our clients about AMP was negative and it is not used anymore, that’s why we didn’t add more customization options. We no longer recommend using AMP because it is deprecated https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp
You can uninstall the AMP plugin and check if the featured image shows again in your mobile viewport.
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes. You can use the license key for your domain and the domain’s staging.
Thank you!
Hello Gregor!
If you will use in the future cloud templates (that we recommend), then you have in the TagDiv Composer a lot of options for customization. We wanted to create the easiest platform, so you can build your website without knowing any code and have the possibility to customize every field from any demo. That’s why you do not need a child theme with cloud templates. But you can use the child theme you have with the default templates.
The child theme is not overwritten by the update. An issue with that could be the compatibility of your child theme with the new version of our theme.
If you have some custom modifications directly in the theme files, then better save the code and replace it after every update. You can use a staging plugin, so you won’t ruin your website.
For every update, we always recommend the following:
-> First of all, please make sure you have a backup.
-> Please deactivate all the non-tested plugins with our theme before updating.
-> Update WordPress, PHP, the theme, and plugins to the latest version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/.
-> Check all these requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!

Hello Steph!
That’s anything else here, then. This is achievable with this solution https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/ or this one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Thank you!
Hello Steph!
In homepage, you should add a flex block with the latest and sort after a category. In the category template, you can use a flex block with the special filter current category.
Check the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!

Hello @fm92 !
If you will use a cloud template, then you can add a class to every shortcode from the tagdiv Composer.
If you would like to use the default templates, then the featured image functionality can be found here: td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, you can’t edit that page. But you can build another page and add it into that my account menu.
Thank you!
Hello!
Set the limit in the General tab of the Flex Block: https://app.screencast.com/V0PDNBCmJsisU
Please make sure you have more than 10 posts, so you can use the pagination. The available pagination types in flex block are these: https://app.screencast.com/Z0uS5ImG5R9wJ

Hello!
Do you use the latest update of the theme and plugins? I’ve tested it on my end and it is working just well. Please make sure it is not a plugin conflict there.
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
Try to use the tagdiv Composer builder or you can use an extra plugin for that. A shortcode can be inserted also by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. “Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Thank you!
Hello @andres1492 !
Please try to use the gTranslate plugin.
Thank you!
Hello @ramiz1819 !
Can you please let me know what you need to achieve? If you need to use the Mobile theme and AMP, please check point 3 from above and install the two plugins.
Thank you!

Hello @Ericky !
Please make sure you have the latest update of the theme, plugins, WordPress and PHP version.
Check these guides: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/what-is-google-inp-score-and-how-to-improve-it-in-wordpress/ -> https://web.dev/articles/inp
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Try to optimize your website and increase the page speed score.
Please check the tutorials from Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Please also follow this thread’s advices: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/technical-issues-with-shop-theme-and-poor-performance/

Hello!
Try to set the width 100% or add some paddings in the CSS tab of the element.
If this won’t affect the shortcode, then you can change it only with some CSS code.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please add a new row with stretch row and content option enabled. Let only the text with column element in that row and try again.
Thank you!
