Hello,
You have the browser window zoomed out. Please zoom in back to 100% and the problem will be fixed.
Thanks.

Unfortunately a screenshot does not help. We will need to inspect the site code. Please provide a link to your site.
Thanks

Hi,

Please provide a screenshot of your back-end so we can see how you implemented the video.

Thanks.

Sorry but we do not plan to. We have not found a viable solution to implement RTL at this stage of development.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi,

The border is already present in header style 9: https://www.screencast.com/t/QwN92Okg8rN

Please provide a link to your site if you do not get the border on your end.

Thanks

Hi,

The php version is ok. It is most likely a plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hi,

That is a custom implementation made for the business demo exclusively. It is a css added for the block. You can get that result by installing the business demo, or by replicating it’s css: https://www.screencast.com/t/wOpra7FYpyyv

Thank you!

Hello,

I assume you are trying to insert a 728 px width ad in the post content. However in our theme the content is only 696 px wide. That is why a 728 px ad will not fit. Please select a different size for your ad from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Ge6ewvqZu6w

Thanks.

Hello,

Please use this guide to see how you can use custom font files: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/

Hi,

This is because our theme does not have RTL support. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We will be able to provide a refund so you can choose a rtl compatible theme if you make a request here: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

Thank you!

Hello,

We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.

1) The wp super cache setting to cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.

2) Do not use this setting in seo by yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh

3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder.
You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with.

Please let us know if you still encounter issues after checking these causes.

Thanks

Hello,

Our main concerns regarding this issue is your block filtering. If you filter your blocks to show specific content and that content has privately published posts, your users content will be different than the one you see and plan. We do not know of a bug or part of the theme that will break using this implementation. We only just want to avoid confusion regarding these posts and our blocks as much as possible.

Thank you!

It is a customization of the 404 page. The theme does not provide any settings to customize the 404 page beyond these settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/J7JRgaSWU

Hello,

The tagdiv composer cannot be used on posts. It is a page builder exclusively.
It does not have any functionality to be used together or inside the WordPress customizer.

Thanks.

Unfortunately I cannot access your site: https://www.screencast.com/t/OseMGB6BzC3i
Usually the link colors are grabbed from the theme accent color.

Thanks

Hello,

The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:

WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars

Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

However this does not mean a plugin will absolutely not work if it’s not on this list. It could work or it could not. Untested does not mean incompatible. It just means we have not tried it.

Thanks.

Hi,

Are the posts belonging to a sub-category of the main category maybe? If a post is under a sub-category of that main category you excluded, it will still show up in the block as a post belonging to a sub-category also belong to the parent category as this is the default implementation of WP.

If this is not the case, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and investigate.

Thanks.

Hello,

You will have to add an extra parameter to your block modification as shown here:
https://www.screencast.com/t/wO6pWZkj0gvq
The mapping in td_composer was not present before version 8.0

Thank you!

Please check the link again. It works properly:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

The mobile theme will convert the page and use a predefined one. If you want to have the same content on mobile devices as on desktop, then do not use the mobile theme. The theme is already responsive without it.

Thanks
