You can simply add a new block in visual composer above the big grid and filter only 1 post in it using the post ID filter. Our blocks will ignore sticky posts as they will break the layout of the block, but you can create a new block and have only 1 post added to it.

Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. The images seem to be not found but the url for the image does not provide a 404 message. Please disable any image optimization tool you might be using as well. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to test if the problem originates from there.

The icon does not appear maybe because one is a page and the other link is a post. Visual composer was not meant to be used on posts in our theme so not all elements will work properly on posts.
You cannot make the button bigger as it already is at the container’s limit size of 696 pixels.
If you want it bigger you will have to remove the sidebar. If you use a sidebar on your post or page, the main content will only be 696 pixels. If no sidebar is used it will be 1068 px.

As for the icon, visual composer uses font awesome icons so try to install font awesome and see if it will show up as I can see the html tag in order. It could work.

The easiest fixes for this is to have the sticky menu only when scrolling up: http://screencast.com/t/2f8Yim32Hnx1 There is no easy fix for it as this is a particular case of 2 sticky elements that are dynamic. It depends on your content. In my case it covers this ad: http://screencast.com/t/gNe4oVQd but there is no simple way of having it not overlap other elements.

This is a caching issue. You will have to use the theme recommended cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and if you use a cdn: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also please contact you hosting to see if there is any hosting related cache.
It could also be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn. Then test again

You will have to copy over more than the css I provided above. Each case is a particular one as you do not have the same css as the previous site. The best way to do it is access your page source and copy the generated css from the page source at the end of style.css. (it is a big css code in your page source) I could not see it on kamoe’s site as it was optimized and the css minified and not shown in the page source. Your I cannot even access so you will have to do it. Find a big bunch of css in the page source you can see in the browser.

Unfortunately you cannot create a custom sidebar only affecting the blog roll homepage without changing the categories sidebars. Here is how sidebars work .
The post wil have a custom sidebar if you set one to it when you create the post. If you don’t, it will grab the sidebar from the primary category of the post: https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/ if the post primary category has no sidebar set to it, it will fall back to the blog template and grab the sidebar from there. SO, if you do not set any sidebar on posts in particular and you do not set any sidebar on categories in particular, you will not be able to have different sidebars on the homepage and on posts or categories. You will have to go into categories and set sidebars for each category in order to break the fallback system and have posts grabs the sidebars from categories rather than the blog. There is no alternative unfortunately except hiring a freelancer that can code in a custom sidebar only affecting the blog roll.

The translations should work as expected. They work fine for us. We had reports of this issue from a number of users and we requested access from them to investigate. The thing is, the translations worked for us on the first try. We accessed the sites and were able to load a translation without seeing any problem. It is most definitely something local causing the issue. Please try a different machine or disable the firewall a brief moment or anything local that can prevent the theme’s functionality. Unfortunately I cannot say for sure without inspecting your site. If you are in the business for over 20 years you should know that you cannot “fix” anything from a distance. You have to go in and investigate. If you cannot allow us to, you will have to do it. Here is a simple thing you can do. Create a sub-domain on your server and install wordpress and the theme. Then load a translation. If it still won;t work, try to install a localhost with wordpress and the theme and try to load a translation. If it still does not work, try from a different machine.

Unfortunately style.css is the one file that will always need replacing. Even in the child theme. There is no update proof solution for this. The easier solution would be not to use too many css rewrites. Meaning not to use any demo, and change colors from the theme panel without the re-write from the demo. You can also increase your page loading speed to minimize this effect, but changing style.css directly is the only way of having No cascade effect. This is the way css works.

Since then VC released another update but that one is not yet ready so you can only have 4.12.1 for the moment. In the next theme update we will include visual composer 5

If you use a child theme, try to switch to the main theme as you may not have updated the child theme. (a child theme is not update proof. there is no update proof way of customizing the theme files)
