First of all, please make sure that you have respected all the theme’s requirements according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ After you have made this, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Also, provide the FTP or CPanel access so we can install the theme.

Please keep in mind that we recommend only have one or the other plugin activated at the one time. Also, if you want to use both plugins in the same way, notice that the pages created with TD Composer or Visual Composer should have to be edited only with this plugin. Unfortunately, please notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the language of the theme, regarding on user interface, sorry! If you want to do this, you should do it yourself because we do not have any such ha support in this case, sorry! We have designed our theme using the General Language which is English.

I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code. Please notice that the CSS is working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly to this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new install with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css. Also, please update the theme to the latest version of it.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
