At the second question, is talking about Ajax Filter theme’s functionality. The “Altro button” appears when you have more categories which do not fit through the bar and then, appears this one which is a drop-down button with all the rest of your categories.

I have inspected your source code and I saw that you are using an untested caching plugin (WP Fastest Cache) which might cause a lot of unknown issues. That error you are getting is in most cases related to a plugin. Try as a quick test to deactivate all your plugins (except theme plugins), check if this solves the problem.
