Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. You should simply remove the theme from your old website and install it to your wanted site via FTP way.

The theme does not offer any settings regarding rich snippets. It is an implementation that can be done using SEO plugins. The recommended plugin to use with our theme is SEO by Yoast. There are many guides on the Yoast website regarding rich snippets.

That would be normal, the URL changed so Facebook treats it, as a new website, in no relation to your previous address. I remember other users who lost the likes after changing the website URL, they were unsuccessful at the time.

Maybe you can follow that guide and achieve it. Or maybe something like this

The latest version of the theme can be downloaded from Theme Forest which is version 9.1. Maybe, could be a cache problem. Clear all of your caches, purge CDN and check if you have correctly installed the latest version of the theme via FTP way.

If you want to sort the Category, you need to use such a plugin with this functionality like Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order plugin, that should allow you to change the default order of the categories – https://wordpress.org/plugins/taxonomy-terms-order/

Also, if you want to remove the Sub Footer Copy text, you need to use a bit of CSS code to hide it.
