This looks like a file permission issue. Please use this guide to make the proper file permissions for the theme and tag div composer plugin: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/
It seems these are warnings, not errors. You will need to remove the PHP warning messages from your host. Unfortunately, you do not have to have access to the PHP version or the PHP settings to remove these warnings. You will have to contact your host and disable PHP warnings.
Please update also WordPress to the latest version as I see you use an old version. Make a full backup before any update – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
Also, try to change the PHP version. You can check this using PHP 7.0 or 7.1 and see how it goes.

Sorry but please notice that our theme does not influence the Ads loading. It simply takes the Ads added by you and displays it on the frontend. You should contact your Ad provider, tell this problem because they should be able to provide a more accurate response. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, you should disable all of them because might appears some js conflicts with the theme which break the functionality.
