I have checked your console and I saw that you have some js errors which can break the theme functionality. Please remove all of the untested plugins, update the theme to the latest version of it which is 4.4, clear all the caches and check the results. Should works as expected every time.

2)Your homepage seems to work as expected, without any problems, together with your images.
3,4)I have inspected your console and I saw that you have some errors through it. If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
