Make sure that your page builder is active (TD Composer or Visual Composer). The tags which are displayed on your frontend seems to come from Visual Composer. I suggest you recreate from scratch that page only with TD Composer, clear all the caches and check the results. Should works.

I suggest you read again the whole theme documentation to familiarize with all of these elements. If you want additional customization and if the theme does not have any such an option for what you want to do, you need to have some CSS skills. I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the autoptimize plugin which can break some theme functionality. Disable this plugin, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, you can use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area as a quick solution.

That section is made with a plugin which is named Cryptocurrency Price Ticker Widget and add the shortcode in a column text in page builder at the top of the site. Also, you can import the Crypto template from our demos list and check how this was made.

Please notice that the multi-site has not been tested with our theme and also, we cannot provide support for this, sorry! Also, notice that the multisite is just a WordPress functionality and it can be done in a lot of ways. For more information about this implementation, please check here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network We recommend using the way of multisite when you have to create a new install for each subdomain and then you can make a redirect between them.
Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.
