I have checked your website again and I see that your featured images are working fine but it seems that they appear to be loading slower. Also, I have checked your source page and I saw that you are using such untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these, leave just to active only the tested plugins and check the results. Clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that by default, the theme should not have this type of error and also, no image should disappear.

Please notice that is not a problem caused by our theme, sorry! It’s just Woocommerce related because they were made changes in the past and from now on you should add such a code in functions.php if you want to have a lightbox effect. Yes, this is the process for featured images uploaded. The theme will resize all the images according to your thumbs sizes needed for your blocks used. If you will use an image in content, without thumbs the theme will take it and load it with the original size.

Unfortunately, please notice that our theme does not support any full-width page and that’s why you cannot achieve this, sorry!
Our product does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results.

Please notice that before each theme installing or demo, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing your data. In principle, when installing a demo, the old content is recognized by the theme. Also, you should install the demo without dummy content and then you will see all of your own content. Please do not forget the backup. It’s very important to be sure anytime.

Notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin which can be activated in the same way as you install a new plugin.
The Speed Booster works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here
