Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what do you want to achieve? All the settings regarding on our mobile theme can be found in Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/LcauwDW5aP but please notice that the mobile theme is available only for Newspaper theme. I guess that you are referring to the general responsive mobile mode which has no any other options for this mode, sorry! This mobile mode will display the same layout which is displayed on the desktop but in responsive mode.
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. In your case, I guess that you should buy another license for our theme from Theme Forest.
