Hello pstgibson,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such a simple option that allows you to make your top menu bar to be sticky, sorry! This is not a simple task and it is required to make some changes in JavaScript/jQuerry, HTML, and CSS in order to achieve as you wish and notice that we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello paulberrow,
If you do not like them, you simply can remove them. You should check the wp-content because there you will find all the plugins which the theme uses.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello ewebie,
It seems to be a strange problem which might be caused by your bad installing. Try to make a new clean install from scratch, via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Clear all the caches and check the results. Also, check your system status to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello allmyhoney,
Sorry for this inconvenience but please keep in mind that we cannot help you in this regard and also, we do not have any customer requests department, sorry! This feature will not be implemented in our theme at the moment because we have a lot of other requests which are more important than this one and also, this decision is taken by the team of developers and not by customer support team. If our theme does not fit to your project and also if you are unhappy with our product, please request a full refund and we will provide your money back, as soon as possible.
For refund, please contact the Envato Market and request a full refund, accessing this link here -> https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new.

Hello bariton,
Notice that WordPress has this functionality when you want to add an image from your Media Library to your desired post, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3Z9jjGx74MOy
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello bandmill,
Please keep in mind that the changes mean only the code changes which are made by you and also, which are referred to the core files (inclusive style.css/not a plugin) which are designed to support child theme, according to our documentation.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Orlando,
First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme version and also, the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. If you are using some untested plugins which might cause a lot of issues in the theme, you should remove all of them and then check the results. I suppose that errors come from your bad installations or some errors caused by your theme installing. If you will reinstall the theme, you will revert the theme to the default state and it should work.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello k24,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are not right to add your elements in the page builder and that’s why you cannot bring good results. Notice that the Block 3 should have to be added in the same container where the Block 9 has been added, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/bbFm3mNZ and the result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6fSm8yDc
For more information about using our page builder, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello soheyla,

3)You will use The Thumbnails Upscale if you want to enlarge a photo in case of you have an image too small than the thumb used for your modules/blocks and you want that your image to fit all the thumb and the Force Regenerate plugin will be used if you will encounter this issue, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

Hello nomoretechno,
If you want to change the H1 for your post titles, you should edit the get_title() functions from our theme and add there the right heading you like. As a hint, notice that you should edit the td_module_single_base.php and make the following change, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9RXiLRJAp
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello allmyhoney,
This feature is not such popular request and that’s why this it has been removed from our list of improvements, sorry! Also, please notice that is not an easy task and please understand that we have such a lot of other popular requests which are required by more than one customer and we are trying to prioritize them.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello paulberrow,
Sorry if you are not happy with our page builder. So, if you want to remove it, you simply check the theme packet and remove from there, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6cZsddhl but notice that is not necessary to do this. It is enough to disable it.
Notice that from now on, the TD Composer plugin will be improved with some features which have to be exclusively for this builder.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello utzgurx,
Here is talking about the single image which is added to a page, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UtOjRBRWJVjL and also, notice that your images are displayed in full width because you are using the 1/1 layout and that’s why the image will be loaded in full width. Change the layout to 1/3+1/3+1/3 or 2/3+1/3 and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
