Hello yachtsailingcharter,
Please notice that the TD Composer is our new concept regarding on page builder and we recommend to use it because this plugin is fully integrated and optimized in the theme core files. Notice that you can use the Visual Composer if you want but all the new features which we will launch will be exclusively for TD Composer. At the moment, the TD Composer does not have all the features which Visual Composer has because this concept is in continuous development but in the future, we will hope and consider to add many features to it.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello easherri,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problem with it. Also, I noticed that you are not using the latest theme version -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3NkKTGHA. Did you downgrade the theme to this version? If you want to achieve best theme results, you should update the theme to the latest theme version (v8) via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. For more information about the transition between these two-page builders, please check the following tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello all,
@Ankush Das, please notice that our TD Composer has been designed to be used only with our theme and you should only use the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files, without any other untested plugins and check the results. You should make a fresh install on a sub-domain via FTP method.
@Dominikks, this type of error seems to appears when you try to edit your pages with TD Composer, pages which were created with Visual Composer. You should not do this. For more information about transitions between these plugins, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/

Hello Goa,
Please ensure that you are using the latest theme version and try to add again the Weather Widget on your website. I have tested on my side and it seems to work as expected. Notice that when you press the locate button, you will have to manually introduce your location.

Hello JJ0000,
Unfortunately, notice that the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add any other Ads, sorry! The theme ad system has been designed to be used only with Google AdSense and if you want to use any other ads, please consult the following guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/ as an alternative for you, notice that you can try using the AdRotate plugin.

Hello Douglas,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change these elements on Review section, sorry! You should edit the theme core files and add as you wish. As a hint, you should edit the review template, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0p7tpFj0v

Hello dennisjpitocco,
Please keep in mind that the latest theme version was fully tested before releasing and until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry! You should make a full backup to your database and try to create a new sub-domain with the latest theme version and use only the bundled plugins to rule out any conflicting plugins. This process should have done via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard.
Hope this helps!

Hello virjik,
You should edit the theme core file according to our post template used by you and move the function which calls the comments as you wish, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2mCmgJAb

Hello peppejari,
Please make sure that you do not have any errors through your console and also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all the caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Please keep in mind that your untested plugins might interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown problems and that’s could be the reason in your case. Try my advice, clear all the caches and check the results. The TD Composer should work as expected.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello Scottseol,
It seems to be a strange issue on your side. I have tested on my side and the problem does not appear. I saw that you are using some untested plugins, like Jetpack modules which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hello Abhishek,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to sort your posts by on publish date. Notice that the default theme sorting is by latest articles which display the posts which sort the post items in descending order, starting with the latest post. The theme does not have any such an option that allow you to change this options, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XrmDhLqR If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry! You should try using such a plugin wich has this functionality and check how it will work for you.

Hello all,
@louwvanriet, I have inspected your homepage and I saw that in the bottom of the page you have displayed the header ad. Do you have manually add it there? Also, I have checked your source page and I saw that you are using a lot of unknown plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. You should remove all of them, leaving just our required theme plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
@amilson50 Unfortunately, I cannot access your wp-admin because it seems to be incorrect, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tn8e5dnj Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page.

Hello freshmademedia,
Please keep in mind that our TD Composer does not destroy your homepage layout if in the past you have used the Visual Composer. First of all, please keep in mind that it is not recommended to be used both page builders simultaneously because might appear some conflicts, sorry! Notice that the TD Composer will recognize the Visual Composer shortcodes and the page which was created with VC should be right displayed on the front page if you will enable the TD Composer. Also, we do not recommend to edit this page with TD Composer if it was made with Visual Composer. You should make a similar page (recreate it by TD Composer from scratch) if you want to achieve best theme results. Also, for more information about the transition between two-page builders, please check the useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Also, if you do not like to use TD Composer, you can disable it and continue to use only the Visual Composer but please notice that in the future, we will release new features exclusively on our page builder.
Thanks for your understanding!
