I have inspected your source page and I noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicts. Try to do this and let us know how it goes!

However, I guess that your Ads are not responsive and that’s why, on the mobile viewport, where the screen width is smaller than desktop you bring unresponsive effect. It seems to have a fixed width which caused this behavior. Try to check your custom code and exclude any code that might affect the width of the theme. Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB. In your case, it does not necessary to buy another license because it is the same project but in another language, right?
