I suppose that you want to change the thumb sizes for Block 7, right? Sorry, but please notice that our theme does not have any such an option for it and if you want to change our Blocks, you should do it yourself because this is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! As a hint, you should edit the td_config.php core file to achieve this.

Hello zorlumz,

I have checked your website and your related posts from your post page do not come from our theme, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Iqpdvhe6v Most likely you are using a plugin with this functionality for this feature. If you want to get rid of this functionality, you will need to simply disable the plugin. As a quick solution, you can use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

.jp-relatedposts{
display:none!important;
}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/iUiKPou9MH

Hello salocharly,

Do you update the latest theme version? If you have not do it you should do it now because in the latest version of the theme, was introduced the option to disable logging section. Please notice that since now, if you will have a log-in on your website and if you do not have the https you will see the no-secure message. You should have the https. For more references about this regard, you should read the following information posted by Google, like this -> http://www.pcworld.com/article/3118164/security/google-chrome-to-start-marking-http-connections-as-insecure.html So, if you do not have the https you should simply disable the login and the nonsecure will disappear.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello pcservis,

2)Yes, this is the functionality for this button but it seems to have some problems due to https. We will fix it as soon as possible in our future updates.
5)If you will check this section from theme panel here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/TSXLwTYzTL you will find all the thumb sizes, depending on the used block.
9)There is no option for this, sorry! If you want to add/remove some of them you should edit the theme core file and do it yourself, sorry!
10)Check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/more-from-author-editing-code-discouraged/
11)The Speed Booster is an optional plugin, and it works only with the tested plugins.If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/

Hello ajenkins,

I have made some tests on my side, and the bullet text seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/FPqPQocC Most likely, you have some tested plugins which interact with the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please, try to disable all of these, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check the results.

Hello amurtes,

1)Please disable your untested plugins because it is possible to have some conflicts in your theme. Disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins which come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
2)This is strange what you mean. So, please notice that we do not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry! Our mobile theme does not go to download another file instead of the mobile plugin, sorry! I suspect this issue comes from your untested plugins. Disable all of them, clear all your caches and check the results.
3)Your image is not loaded as expected, sorry! Please try to load it again in your Media Files, clear the caches and check the results. This error appears because the theme does not know the source of your image and that’s why you get this issue.
4)Please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized. Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ you can increase the page speed loading and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because the speed optimization services is not covered by our support policy, as you can read here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ Check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ regarding on dedicated server to fit to our requirements.
Please keep in mind that at the moment, we cannot provide optimization services because this task involve time-consuming and we do not afford to do this, sorry! We only can provide support for basic theme settings.
If you are not aware of these steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
5)Unfortunately, there is no option for this but only these will be edited from the post editor.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello super_nic0las,

You should re-install the latest version of the theme via FTP way, use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I suggest you install the theme again via this way because this is the surest method in this regard. A bad theme installing can cause this type of issues and that’s why it is very important to make a new fresh install from scratch and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello gcamara,

I suppose that you want to have the similar functionalities as the modules where is displayed only the Primary Category. So, if you want to achieve the same behavior for posts, you should edit the td_module_single_base.php and replace the get_category function with the get_category function from modules which is located in td_module.php like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/LAdwV4OA5ER and place it instead this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/d5gJUZkNQfs and then you should use a bit of CSS code for a better design.

The code is ->

.td-post-category{
display:table!important;
}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/CMLnUIEi0J

Hope this helps!
