Hello Syams,
Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello pcservis,
13)Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the post number displayed on the Category page, sorry! However, notice that exists a general option from panel from where you can set a general post limit number, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KrWHBMsStP
14)Try thecode below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
.td-main-sidebar{
text-align:center!important;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/MwDYI1ac
15)I suppose that you are using the same name for your sub-categories with your categories and that’s why you have the same menu below your categories name.
16)This is the normal behavior of your category siblings if you have more than 6, 7 items. I have tested on my side as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/EKCluIjDGIgp
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
On mobile, for a good quality for your images, you should enable the retina support for your thumb used by you. I noticed that you are using the post template default which uses the 640*0 sizes. Try to enable this option from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/fwBQvYrm5K and then, using the Regenerate Thumbnails you should regenerate this image from Media Library like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zlNhLa8wJyn Clear all your caches and check the results.

Hello roqeem,
Unfortunately, I am a bit confused and I do not exactly understand what you want to achieve. So, regarding on preloading, please notice that our theme has an option for this effect which can be enabled for each Block from the Block Settings, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/K604Yc7A For more information about this effect, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/what-is-ajax-preloading/
Also, regarding the latest custom CSS code which I gave you above, it is working as expected. This code will hide the gradient which is placed at the bottom section of images on Slider, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jpFu5l3TDh -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UGoENXMCqR
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about what you want to achieve so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for the message and sorry if I wrong understand your request!
Hello LaurennePierrick,
I have noticed that you are using the Newspaper theme and it is not the latest version of it. Try to update it via FTP way, disable all untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results. For more details about FTP method, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Hello Mainzer105,
I suppose that you are referring to the Category Tag which is placed in the left corner at the image in the bottom section. So, if you want to display this, please ensure that you have enabled the category tag from the Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/LNMZjycPevuN

Hello Pedro,
The WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:
Use this link and add the customization as marked here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there.

I have checked your website, and I saw that you are using some untested plugins like Jetpack-Photon which can interact with the theme packet and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
