If you want to set a different image for your each page, please notice that you will have to use a bit of CSS for this. Try the code below and for each page, you will replace the page ID, like this ->

Please try your ad to a default theme and check the results. The AdRotate plugin overrides the theme settings and should work. Also, please keep in mind that it may be the option that your ad is not responsive and you will have to consult the ad provider in this case because they should be able to provide a more accurate response. Please keep in mind that the theme code has changed a lot from the 6 version to 7, together with the Visual Composer code and that’s why appears this difference regarding on Revolution Slider implementation. Another alternative for you would be to set a stretch row and content from Visual Composer and then you will have to apply the overflow:hidden rule for #td-outer-wrap. This is just a quick solution in this regard.

First of all, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. It is possible that your untested plugins if you are using something like that, can interact with the smart list code and cause a lot of unknown issues because all of these features are too complex and has a more sensible code which offers to the theme a behavior vulnerable.

It could be most likely a caching issue. Please try to clear all of this. Also, please notice that our caching plugin recommended is WP Super cache. If you have some untested plugins on your website, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Normally the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with it. If you are using the child theme, please try to switch the theme to the main one, without any additional customizations. Please notice that the theme uses the footer in full width and the header also. The layout of the theme will be switched to the boxed mode if you will have added a background and that’s why the header and the footer will be boxed. If you will rule out this, the layout of theme should have to be normal, in full mode.

Please notice that the boxed layout is made by the background image or color. To achieve the full width, you will have to disable the background and the layout of the theme will be automatically switched in full width/no boxed mode.

Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Unfortunately, I do not know how you have created your multisite. Please notice that all the multisite plugins are not tested with our theme, we have no idea about the theme behavior with their functionality and also, we cannot guarantee that all of them will work as properly with it.
The Multisite is just a WordPress functionality and it can be done in a lot of ways. For more information about this implementation, please check here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network We recommend using the way of multisite when you have to create a new install for each subdomain and then you can make a redirect between them.

We have no idea about the theme behavior with this type of plugin and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as properly with the theme, sorry! Also, please notice that we cannot provide custom work and support for untested plugins, sorry! You should try to find another plugin which works with the theme, or also, please notice that if you want to add some tables in your theme, you can use the HTML to add them in your backend, using the HTML ROW. So, if you want to hide some elements in tablets and mobile mode, you can use the @media queries which allow you to target the width of these devices and with a bit of CSS you can hide it in this regard. We have made some tests using the qTranslate X and seems to work fine with the theme but we cannot say 100% because this is not a fully tested plugin with the theme.

Please keep in mind that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to set a category for boxed posts. So, the theme has been designed to be switched in the boxed mode when it is applied a background-image and background-color.
