If you need to add some things below posts loop in a post, please notice that you will have to use the same method which I have presented you above, named do_shortcode and you will have to place it in the corresponding loop single template with your post template used by you. After several investigations in this regard have concluded that this type of issue come from WP Super cache which is not fully compatible with WordPress 4.6 and that’s why this problem occur. We hope that WP Super cache plugin will be updated it as soon as possible and that problem will be fixed. Notice that this issue appears and on Mobile Theme from Jetpack when the caching plugin is active.

Please notice that the Visual Composer is not fully tested for their using on posts but only for pages and that’s why we do not recommend to use it for post pages. So, if you want to use the VC for posts, please notice that you will have to enable it from general settings like this -> http://screencast.com/t/WldjuASAR8h and then when you create/edit the post page you can add Visual Composer elements. Please notice that if you are using the VC on posts it could be possible to need some additional adjustments from CSS for better results which involve custom work.
