First of all, you will have to download the theme packet from Envato Market because there you will find the latest version of the theme. With this, all the required plugins will come bundled (Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter) which you will have to install to the theme. Please notice that this type of requests is used by the theme when you have some ajax pagination, like next-prev, infinite scroll or load more pagination at your page. Unfortunately, please notice that this type of request cannot be disabled but only it can be avoided if you will not using these types of pagination for your website. Please notice that the width of your Block does not allow to display all your categories in that bar. It is too little space for them, do you understand me? If you want to display all of these categories, you will have to exclude the sidebar for this page for them to be held for display. The theme automatically calculates if these could be displayed in that area and if not, the drop-down bar will appear.

Please keep in mind that our theme strictly uses predefined roles and capabilities predefined by WordPress and we do not alter all of these. I have tested to a default theme with contributor and it cannot create a post until the admin submits it after review, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/TCMFsoCGj This is the standard behaviour for Contributor user. Please notice that exist a lot of plugins in this regard which alter these functionalities with the help of which you can you can override these roles.

Unfortunately, the W3Total Cache plugin is not tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure that this one will work as properly with our theme. This type of plugin is too complex and it proved to be a quite problematic theme and that’s why we do not recommend using this because the theme can be damaged. Our caching plugin which we recommend is WP Super Cache. This is fully tested with our theme and this works like a charm with our products.
Regarding on page speed loading, please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized. Please notice that this is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Please notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme. Please try to download again the theme from the Theme Forest because we have fixed the issue regarding on Mobile theme (not showing the featured image) but the version of it has not been changed…it is still 7.3 version. Also, please notice that we recommend the FTP method because this is the surest one in this regard. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Please check your result after this update and let us know how it goes. Your issue, it is possible to be from this case.

Please try the mobile theme without any untested plugins. Leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
