I have checked your website and it seems to work as properly, without any issues. So, if this type of issue will reappear, please check your hosting provider, tell them the problem and require to clear the server cache if you do not have any access to do it. Also, please try to use the theme only with the required plugins and without some untested plugins which might interact with the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues.

Please notice that the Jetpack is a very complex plugin which contains a lot of modules. Until now, we have encountered a lot of issues generated by this plugin, regarding on some of them and please keep in mind that some of their modules are not working as properly with our theme, sorry! If you want to make this plugin working 100% as properly with our theme you will have to do some additional customizations in the code to adjust this bunch of plugins to our theme which requires custom work. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!

If you want to add the symbols from your menu items, please notice that you will need to use the Font Awesome 4 Menus to achieve the similar design for the demo. If you do not want to use the Mega Menu feature, please ensure that you do not have this for your menu items, otherwise, you will not bring that layout. I suppose that you want to display the banner of featured image in full-width, right? I have noticed that you are using the background image for your entire website and if you use it, the layout of the theme will become automatically in boxed mode. If you do not want this layout (boxed), please try to delete your background and you will achieve the similar design with the demo.

I have checked your source page from your website and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which might interfere with the mobile theme plugin and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please notice that the mobile theme has been designed to be very basic, fast and easy to use. Also, as you can see, the mobile theme do not render to Visual Composer Blocks but only 2 modules which come with it by default. If you want to customize your footer section, please notice that you only add some text within it, from your Theme panel, footer area because as I said you above, the mobile theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode. Yes, I suspect to be a problem regarding on your thumbnails. Please try to regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate and Thumbnails Regenerate, clear all your caches and test it again. For your problem 2, please ensure that this type of issue does not come from your untested plugins. @sailingchance, I have noticed that you are using an older version of the theme and that’s why your Social Counter is not working. First of all, please try to make a full backup to all your data and then try to update the theme to the latest version of it -> Newspaper 7.2, Social Counter 4.1 and Visual Composer 4.12 Please notice that the theme is in constant development and you keep pace with updates for better results.

The simple and surest method to update your theme is the following one. First of all, please try to make a full backup for your all data to rule out the way to lose your website. Then, you will have to download the latest packet from Theme Forest after you have logged in your account and then via FTP try to update your theme.
