Hello giampablo,
Please notice that the size of image is not a simple task to change it because this is generated by the block which is used on your sidebar and if you want to change it you will break the layout of the theme and we do not recommend increasing/decreasing this, sorry!
To hide the title for this, try the code below.
.td-block-span12 .td_module_2 .td-module-title {
display:none;
}
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello GadgetViper,
As you can see, the default category pages could not be customized by Visual Composer and a lot of users opted for this solution with 301 Redirect. Please notice that this is not the best solution and it might further affect the SEO and this it’s up to you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello yoshiaki0245,
Unfortunately, the “All in One SEO Pack” plugin is not tested with our theme and we do not have any idea about the theme behaviour with this, sorry! For SEO, the only plugin which is tested with our theme is SEO Yoast. As a hint, you can try to contact the author plugin and tell the problem and perhaps you will get an outstanding response from this because this should be able to provide a more accurate response. Also, please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry! If you do not succeed to fix the problem, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you or you can change the plugin with Seo Yoast.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello stephanwhelan,
I have tested on my side this type of smart list and everything seems to are counting as properly. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Try to clear all your caches and test it again.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello chapeaurouge,
Depends on what type of elements you want to translate from your footer section. So, as you can see, our theme has a Translations section and from there you will be able to translate the title of the widgets from there, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/LxLYxlttjoM For more information about Translation section, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/loading-translations/
Hope this helps!
If is not what you mean, please provide more details.
Thanks.
Hello don chu,
Please notice that the footer template style 1 comes by default with the theme and you cannot change the structure of it but only if you alter the code corresponding to footer template used by you. As you can see, the footer template style 1 it’s made of 3 widgets -> Editor Picks -> Popular Posts -> Popular Category. Please notice that the Editor Picks is a simple block 7 filtered by featured posts as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/lFdSp9ESr
So, if you want to custom made a footer template, I suggest using the footer template style 5 because this could be customized by yourself as you wish. For more information about our footer templates, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello FarrahGillani,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the category template style 2 for your category pages, right? So, if you want to add your logo under the category title, you will have to add this in td_category_template_2.php. You can add your logo image using the do_shortcode method. First of all, you will have to create your shortcode for your logo, using the Text Block element from Visual Composer and then you will have to add this under the title in the core file.
1) Create your shortcode, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/7wrTbk1sO -> http://screencast.com/t/aLBXrotZzYr
2) Place the code in the corresponding category template file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/FZcfgYnMie
The code for this example is ->
<?php echo do_shortcode('[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<a href="http://192.168.0.214/site2/logo-header/"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-3166" src="http://192.168.0.214/site2/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/logo-header.png" alt="logo-header" width="272" height="90" /></a>[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]');?>
The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/Hasz018hCGfd
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Achimzwo,
Please notice that you must have every time a full backup for your data because if you will update the theme, all your customization might be lost. I think that you are aware of your additional customizations and you should be able to add them in style.css file, in the exact place where the original colour has been added by the theme by default. You can provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.
Thanks for your understanding!
