Unfortunately, our theme does not have 2 sidebars, sorry! You can use the 3 columns using the Visual Composer for posts pages, like as on homepage but not for category pages. Please notice that the VC on posts is not tested.

For your first request, I suppose that you are using a plugin for this feature right? Please notice that our theme has not been tested with this type of plugin, we have no idea about the theme behaviour with this and we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!
For your second request, please notice that this is the default space of the theme and if you want to reduce it you will have to increase the width of the theme and we do not recommend doing this because you can damage the theme and we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry! If you want to do this and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you.

Please notice that this type of plugin is tested with our theme and seems to work as properly with it. I suspect this issue comes from your untested plugins which you are using in the theme and which might interfere with the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer and SEO Yoast to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile theme. So, please keep in mind that the Mobile theme is an additional plugin and behave in another way than the default mobile responsive mode. The mobile theme has a very basic structure with 2 modules Big Grid Mob 1 and Mob 2 for latest articles for homepage and for posts pages will show all the content.

Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to use 2 main menu for homepage, sorry! Please notice that is not an easy way to do this and if you want to achieve this, you will have to make some additional customizations through code that involve custom work. So, if you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Another alternative for you, in this regard, would be to find some plugins with this functionality and see how it will work with the theme.

Please keep in mind every time, when you use the emulator, and you switch to a different layout (device) you will have to press the Refresh button to load the suitable layout, depending on what device is used. Please notice that this is the theme behaviour and it will not be changed.

The homepage when you are using the mobile theme will display you a Big Brid with 3 posts which come from your Featured Category sorted by latest and not RANDOM and then you will see the latest articles which display all the latest posts. Also, please notice that the mobile theme will do not render any Visual Composer shortcode than just only these two ->Big Grid Mob 1 and Mob 2 for latest articles modules. For your Page X and Page Y, you will do not get any content because you do not add it in Mobile Editor like this -> http://screencast.com/t/JRHwMcXY

As you can see, there appear some blocks but it’s only for default mobile mode and not for the mobile theme because, at the moment, mobile theme does not render the blocks. On the future, we will make some improvements in this regard and we will add more option for our mobile theme because now it has very basic structure.
Unfortunately, we cannot say for sure where it is will be because this will depends only by our developers.
So, if you are not happy with our mobile theme and customizability for it, you can simply disable the mobile plugin and the theme will be switched to the normal/default mobile mode.

Unfortunately, if the theme files were replaced, it could mean your wp install got infected and the code gets added again from wp. Please try to switch to a wp default theme and see if the code gets injected in that one as well. I assume it will. Our theme was tested and there are no other vulnerability issues except for the ones from WordPress. Also, if your problem is still there after this, please contact your hosting provider and tell them this problem. Perhaps it is a problem with their server and then they should be able to provide an accurate response in this regard.

For best results, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins and rule the theme without any untested plugins which might create a lot of unknown issue through theme.

Please notice that the Big Grid 3 has not slide function but only static. Please notice that our theme automatically put the H1 tag for the logo by default. All of this setting is located in code and if you want to make some changes in this regard, you will have to edit the code from the core file. So, I guess that here is talking about the Front End Editor option. Unfortunately, our theme does not work fine with Frontend editor and our developers have decided to exclude it from the theme. You can enable the Visual Composer frontend editor by removing this code from theme’s functions – http://screencast.com/t/1N4LB7WhP2jR but unfortunately, will not work properly if you have tag div blocks on the page. Also, please keep in mind that our theme does not have such an option for landing page and it is not supported, sorry!

This type of issue come from your server cache and if you cannot erase it, unfortunately, you will get this issue when you are using the mobile theme. I suggest you changing your hosting provider because as far as I know you cannot erase the cache from your dedicated server from Bluehost provider.
