Hello salocharly,
If you are using the aAdSense code and you want to hide it please notice that you will have to use the td-g-rec class to target it and if you are using other ads, you will have to use the td-a-rec class to achieve as you wish.
If you refer to something else, please provide more details.

Hello zunigafelipe,
The DoubleClick ads aren’t recognized by theme’s ad system and the code is rendered as it is. The theme only works using google Adsense ad codes: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads/ … for another type of ads you can either use wp text widget or a plugin like Simple Ads Manager or AdRotate to render the code then use theme’s ad spots. For more references about this regard, you can consult this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-responsive-ads-with-google-dfp/
Also, if you want to paste your tag in the mobile version in the header section, you will have to check the header.php core file from the mobile section, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/kfBP1X4Ds
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello TheRadhaKrishna,
I have checked your website again and I have noticed in your source page that you are using the Jetpack plugin. Please try to disable it because it seems that this type of plugin to be a problematic one and might cause a lot of unknown issues. Please notice that the Jetpack is very complex and has a lot of modules and not of all are tested with our theme. Try to rule the theme without these untested plugins, clear all your caches and check the results.
Also, if you problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and try to change the theme only with the default settings and see how it goes.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!

Please ensure that you have fully installed the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Also, if you have any untested plugins on your install, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN file is you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please notice that our theme has very complex one and if it possible that untested plugins to interact with it and might cause a lot of unknown issues, like this. Please avoid this case through ruling out of these plugins and check the results.

Hello Not Guilty,
Please keep in mind that our new mobile theme does not support the Visual Composer shortcode and therefore, all elements which have added with Visual Composer on the mobile theme will not be displayed, though. Please notice that the new mobile theme was intent to display a very simple version of the page. At the moment, you can add only text, images. For more information about our mobile theme, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ So, if you are unhappy with this mobile theme, you will simply deactivate the mobile theme plugin and the theme will be switched to the normal responsive mobile mode.
