Also, please ensure that you have updated all the required plugins to the latest version of them (Social Counter 4.1 and Visual Composer 4.11.2) So, if you have some additional customization through code, please make sure that these will not affect the theme logo and also, if you are using the Child Theme, please try to switch the to the main theme and check the results. Also, if you want to further use the child theme, please ensure that you are using the latest version of it which come bundled with our theme to rule out some conflicts.
Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

As you can see, by default, the mobile theme will display on the front page the Big Grid Mob 1 and the number of the thumbs which are presented it is three. In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement and also, we are a small team. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though. Until we can do it, you can use a plugin.
