Please notice that this is the standard theme’s behaviour and you cannot change the structure of this because it is not a simple task and you can damage the layout of the theme very easy. Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. I have checked your website and I saw the difference between Ie and Chrome browser. It could be plugin’s issue. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugin that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please noticed that if you want to change the dimensions of the featured image according to your blocks, you have to change the structure of each thumb from td_config.php where you can find all the thumbs created for the theme, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/siMGnfUsO3y or you can create another one. After you have created these thumbs you have to use the Regenerate Thumbnails & Force Regenerate plugin for good results.
