Unfortunately, this type of plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the behaviour of the theme with this type of plugin and also, we cannot say for sure that this will be working fine with our theme, sorry! Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please keep in mind that this plugin can interact with the theme and can cause a lot of unknown issues in the theme and we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Please notice that the each updated version of the theme come with the own tested version of plugins. If in the meanwhile appears a new version of those plugins, unfortunately, we cannot release the automatic update for each tested plugin because each new version of them is still necessary to check deeper before launching this. If we will do as you say above, it would be more likely that the theme will not work as properly and probably you will request our help to fix that. Please keep in mind that we want to avoid these cases and we want that our theme to work as expected. I hope that you understand my message.

Please keep in mind that the theme has not been designed to use the two sidebars for the category page. As you can see in this core file, category.php like this -> http://screencast.com/t/gsdi2gRez the theme has only 3 cases regarding sidebars (case default ->sidebar right, case -> sidebar left and case -> no sidebar). If you want to have two sidebars (left and right, at the same time) please notice that is not a simple task to accomplish this and require custom work. You have to create a new case in this regard and implement the layout for this. Please notice that if you want to display more levels in our theme, introducing other new options and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Please take a look over the below explanation and try to understand a bit how it work the thumbs in the theme. Please check here ->>
Our theme uses the system of cropping from center to top. The theme uses thumbs to reduce the page size and speed up page loading time. From each image uploaded are generated thumbs for each thumb size used by the theme. Basically, when a post it’s displayed on the page in a block, the featured image displayed is not the one which you uploaded in the media file, it’s a thumb cropped from the original image at the precise dimension. To change the picture orientation most likely you will need a different cropping system. We use a WordPress function – add_image_size() – you can read about it here – https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_image_size – and here – http://www.davidtan.org/wordpress-hard-crop-vs-soft-crop-difference-comparison-example/
Our theme crop (cut) thumbnails in some cases to avoid creating a lot of thumbnails in order to reduce to load more spaces on the server.
If you don’t have the possibility to upload large images you could use a combination of plugins to upscale the thumbs – Thumbnail Upscale and Force Regenerate. For more information about these kinds of plugins, please consult their documentation here -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/thumbnail-upscale/ -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ Also, please ensure that the functionalities of these plugins are not affected by the other untested plugins that could create interference through the theme. Please notice that these types of plugins are not tested with our theme and we cannot provide support for the theme. We recommend them because a lot of our customer uses and they were satisfied to their functionality.
If you want to implement another cropping system for your theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Usually, we recommend developers from studio.envato.com.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option, sorry! In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though. Until we can do it, you can use a plugin.
