@gooma2 so if it is theme incompatibility with PHP 7.2, then it seems it is a case facing a few people. I also hope the tagdiv team shall provide a solution.
@gooma2 true many people have had this problem since update 8.7 (and 8.6 for some), largely due to the td composer (and now php 7.2 for a few like me).
See this tutorial http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-facebook-incorrect-thumbnail-issue-in-wordpress/ (I don’t work here btw. Second, it is best to only just post one question at a time than duplicating it. The tagdiv team does not work on weekends and several community members are usually here during the weekend trying to assist where they can).
Open the second block with td composer and under style tab, scroll until you see Pagination. From here, you can select whatever pagination style you want.
@acko_fon just delete td composer and td multipurpose plugins and replace with those that came with the theme version 8.7 in Newspaper>Plugins. But if it is a php 7.2 problem, then that we have to wait for an answer from tagdiv team.
It seems facebook cannot pick up your images in the debugger.
The envato way is causing problem for most people. Just learn to use ftp or the cpanel https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Delete both the td composer and td multipurpose plugins and install the updated versions that came with the theme. Remember to clear website and browser cache. (Also check if your site uses php 7.2 coz I have seen a similar problem with my site and had to downgrade to php 7.1).
Hi @Simion C. I tried to update to PHP 7.2 but I get only the header and a white space. The problem seems to be td composer and td multipurpose not working with php 7.2. Any solution?
I doubt there is, But it contains elements that can be found inside the td composer plugin when editing pages.
Do you have open graph tags in your theme? Debug your links using the Facebook debugger https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ . You need a plugin like YOAST SEO to include open graph tags inside the theme.
You are welcome.
Yes, there are errors and I am assuming its coz you have not enabled the td composer plugin.
How do I change the images? I only saw three instances inside the homepage shortcodes that were using the 1068×0 image size and I changed them to 696×385, but I can’t figure out how to change for the smaller vertical blocks.
Delete the td composer and install the one that came with version 8.7 in Newspaper>Plugins.

But if it is still a challenge, try looking for professionals at studio.envato.com because the tagdiv team does not provide custom work. (I don’t work here).
Thanks, Catalin! I just installed it.
If you have imported the cryptocurrency demo, then it will be easy to find the location by editing the homepage using the tagdiv composer.
Hi. I see you imported the tech news demo. Just go to Appearance>Menus on your WordPress dashboard, create a new menu with the items you want and then assign it to the main menu. Otherwise, if you already had a menu before importing the theme/demo, just look for it and assign it to the main menu and you are good. (I don’t work here).
Here is the guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/ or https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ . But the best way is to update via either Cpanel or FTP https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ .
Sorry about that. Hope that tagdiv team will assist you.
You will have to build a custom homepage with the tagdiv composer. Follow this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
Delete the td composer plugin and update it with the copy that came with the version 8.7 and reupload the 8.7 version of the theme to your site.
Do you use a cache plugin?
