Notice that the Speed Booster is an optional plugin and if you are using another untested plugin with the theme, this plugin will be automatically disabled. The speed booster is an optional plugin and it is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that, they add many plugins and some of them are not written fine so the developer took this decision. The 500 errors problem in most cases is caused by low wp-memory or old php version.

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.

The mobile theme is a plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Did you tried to see if you do not have any plugin conflicts? also you can make a test, set a banner instead of ads and check if those appear on both pages or not, if these appear theme the problem is from some plugins or ads.
