The WPBakery Page Builder V5.6 is for newspaper v9.5 but Do not use both page builders on the same page!
Also will be better to use only one composer in your website, we recommend the tagDiv Composer because it is special builder made for this theme.

If you have the last version of the Newspaper (v9.5) then the empty page was removed, but you can sue it; If you require it, you can download it from here – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/page-empty.zip

Place it in the main theme folder, upload it by FTP for example

Then select it for the pages you want. The footer will be removed and the header can be disabled
