Hi,
Please use tagDiv Composer to edit the single post template, select the row that contain the page content – https://i.imgur.com/CvzhTH6.png and set the column gap – https://i.imgur.com/IqEl0O3.png (this will be double if is set to 8 it will be 16px space 8 on left content and 8 for the sidebar).
Thank you!
Hi,
To achieve a layout like that one you need to set a row and that row should be set on 3 columns – https://i.imgur.com/oLtGBZ3.png after that set the text with title element – https://i.imgur.com/a6DNzn2.png then you can copy past the text with title element from the first column to the next 2 columns.
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
This can be resolved by editing the single post template with tagDiv Composer, select the single post tags element – https://i.imgur.com/YWKtKZm.png and change the line height to at least 36px.
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you so much for getting in touch and for providing the details by email, we really appreciate it!
From what you’ve described, this does sound like a tricky situation. If everything is functioning properly when switching to a default WordPress theme, it strongly suggests that the issue is related to the theme itself or one of the theme’s associated plugins. It’s also possible that there’s a conflict between the theme and another plugin currently active on your site.
We’ve received your email and will review the information you sent. If we have access to your website (and ideally to your hosting environment as well), we’ll begin investigating right away to pinpoint the root cause of the issue.
Our goal is to identify the conflict and resolve it as quickly as possible so your site can run smoothly again.
Thanks again for your patience and for working with us on this!

Hi,
We are sorry for this inconvenience. This can be resolved by replacing the current tagDiv plugin with the one from here – https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/td-composer.zip
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello,
In addition to using caching, Cloudflare, and Redis, I’d also recommend enabling caching for the Flex Block. This feature can make a noticeable difference by significantly reducing the number of server requests, especially on content-heavy pages.
It’s also good to keep in mind that, like any visual page builder, tagDiv Composer requires more resources while editing. This is perfectly normal. Real-time builders perform many background processes—adding, removing, and modifying elements, all of which generate multiple live requests. On websites with large databases (for example, those with a high volume of articles), using filters on blocks can slow things down a bit, as each block applies its own query to retrieve specific content.
This behavior is common across most live builders, not just tagDiv Composer. The system is working hard to provide instant feedback, which naturally increases resource usage.
What you can do:
A good next step would be to monitor resource usage and identify which pages or specific elements are using the most server resources. Often, features like AJAX filters or “most popular articles” widgets can be more demanding, since they constantly query the database for up-to-date information.
Identifying and optimizing these high-impact areas can help keep your site fast and responsive both for your visitors and during editing sessions.
Thanks again
Hi,
The best way to add more buttons with the same with is to set them in an inner row, set the inner layout on 2 or 3 column https://i.imgur.com/E2p0X7e.png and add the button in each column select the button and set it to be display on full width and set it on 100% – https://i.imgur.com/BYwvLt4.png
Unfortunately for height there is no option to auto adjust it, sorry!
Thank you!
Hi,
Can you provide some screenshots? or better can you contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access and some screenshots?
Thank you!
Hi Prathimesh,
What I can recommend in this situation is to use an object cache / Redis and you can also use the cache from flex blocks elements – https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
Thank you!
Hi,
It will be need to enable the debug mode and check the logs to see what is the problem and from were is coming – https://www.cloudways.com/blog/wordpress-502-bad-gateway-error/
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately this can not be done on the same element because the option is not responsive, only options with a bar in front are responsive, like this one – https://i.imgur.com/0YslEhX.png
Now what you can do is to use a mobile page template – https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ when you’ll have the possibility to create and adjust mobile elements separate by desktop.
Thank you!
Unfortunately, to have images with the same size it will be need to upload them like that., otherwise the image will be display in full format.
Hi,
When using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, website layout will be changed and specially pages need to be recreated in the mobile editor. This applies specifically to pages, as you can see in the following links: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
– https://imgur.com/FqDJw8V
This is how the tagDiv Mobile Theme is designed to function, it doesn’t use any builder and is no longer the same as desktop version.
If you prefer a responsive version of the site that mirrors the desktop content, you can simply disable the plugin, and everything will display the same as it does on desktop.
Thank you!
Hi,
That text can be translated, please go to Newspaper > theme panel> translations and under translations search for MORE STORIES and replace ethe text with the one you want to have – https://i.imgur.com/R0CQGp8.png

Hi Emma,
I understand your concerns. However, it’s difficult to determine whether the issue you’re experiencing is due to an outdated theme or caused by a plugin conflict. These days, it’s common for both themes and plugins to have some vulnerabilities, which is why it’s important to take steps to protect your website proactively—using tools like Wordfence and Cloudflare is highly recommended.
What to Do Now:
Ensure you have a full backup of your website and database.
If possible, replace the core WordPress files, theme, and plugins with fresh, clean versions. Be sure to keep only files you know and trust. However, this process can be complex and might cause issues if not done carefully.
A simpler and safer approach is to update everything, including:
– WordPress core
– All plugins
– The theme
After updating, install Wordfence and run a full security scan. You can also scan your website with Sucuri SiteCheck here: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/
Please note: we notify all our users whenever a new theme update is released. You can also review the update contents by checking the changelog here: – https://i.imgur.com/wSlH5Lr.png
